AncestryDNA has over 2 million profiles (probably way over that now, as they hit 2 million by June 2016.)
After testing at AncestryDNA I would recommend uploading your data to Gedmatch, as the one downside to AncestryDNA over 23andMe and FTDNA is that they will not provide us with a chromosome browser.
