Tiffany's Top FTDNA match

Ruth W - this appears to be a paternal match for Tiffany.  Without Ruth being on gedmatch I can't confirm this, but she doesn't appear to match any of Tiffany's close maternal DNA matches (and this includes 3 maternal half siblings and a maternal grandparent). I sent an email and am moving on as the trees are currently almost unusable at FTDNA today.
