This morning there was an email from another researcher on Wikitree, with more info on my direct ancestor Henry Pointon and his wife Mary. She knew Mary's maiden name, which is Liggitt!
Before I checked my email, I was intending to go back to sleep (long night with sick baby and kids). But, the email spurred me into action and I headed straight to the computer to work on this new info.
Now that I have Mary's maiden name, I'm off to figure out her parents....
