To show the randomness of DNA: she matches my grandfathers full sister in 2 segments for a total of 31 cM, 23andMe predicted 3rd to 5th cousin. She matches my grandfather in 5 segments, total 86 cM. 1.15%. 23andMe predicted 2nd to 4th cousin.
She is actually 1st cousin 3 times removed to both of them.
She is the 3rd cousin once removed to me, and my maternal half siblings Brandon, Tiffany and Sandra.
She matches me in 3 segments for a total of 57 cM. 23andMe predicted 3rd to 4th cousin.
She matches Brandon 2 segments for a total of 29 cM, 23andMe predicted 3rd to 5th cousin.
She matches Tiffany 2 segments for a total of 45 cM, 23andMe predicted 3rd to 5th.
She matches Sandra in only 1 segment for 9 cM, 23andMe predicted 3rd to distant cousin!
